Who Is ACT Go for?

If you’re an artist, crafter, or maker who sells products at events, ACT Go is made for you.

  • I only need coverage for a day, weekend, week, or three months
  • I don’t need product liability coverage right now

Sound like you? Then ACT Go is your ticket to your next fair, festival, or market. It’s for:

What Does ACT Go Cover?

ACT Go includes general liability insurance, which is the insurance coverage most event organizers and venues require arts and crafts vendors to carry. This policy covers:

Designed to cover third-party (customer or passerby) bodily injuries or property damage claims that arise from your booth and operations at an event

Can pay for accidental damage to the venue caused by your business, such as from your booth setup or products

Can cover third-party medical expenses if someone gets hurt at your booth, whether or not you’re at fault

Add the venue(s) to your policy for no extra cost

Insure your booth displays, supplies, and inventory for theft or damage up to $2,000

What ACT Go Doesn’t Cover

ACT Go is crafted to protect your business when you sell at events, but it’s not built to cover:

  • Product liability: ACT Go does not cover claims arising from harm caused by a product after it leaves your booth. If you sell products that could cause injury or damage after the sale, we recommend ACT Pro, which includes product liability insurance.
  • Event organizers
  • Performing artists or musicians
  • Activities involving live animals
  • Vendors at cannabis events
  • 3D art installation
  • Mural creation
