We here at ACT Insurance are pleased to announce our involvement with “Art Comes Alive” (ACA), an annual event that awards and showcases “the best artists working in North America.”
While we are an insurance company and work hard each day to get artists and crafters the best coverages at the lowest price, we are also active in the art and craft community. We partner with—and in this case sponsor—some of the most popular art and craft events across the country.
As a sponsor of Art Comes Alive, ACT is inviting you to submit your work to the contest and exhibit. You should also invite any of your friends and family that are interested to submit as well. There’s over $175,000 in cash prizes, gallery contracts, publishing contracts, solo shows, and purchase awards.
Accepted artwork includes:
Paintings (no artwork over 48” x 60”)
Drawings (including pastels, charcoal, and pencil)
Sculpture (including metal, stone, wood, etc.)
Non-Functional Fine Art Crafts (including glass, fiber, jewelry, clay, etc.)
How It Works
Interested artists and crafters can submit up to four images of their works before the May 1 deadline at the following cost:
$55 for first image
$25 for second image
$15 for third image
Free for fourth image
Once all the submissions are in, ACA’s panel of distinguished judges from all over the country will cast their votes for the top 150 artists. This is a great opportunity for artists to be recognized for their talent, win awards, and have their artwork in front of top industry professionals!
